Nindo service
Nindo is an urban short-rest point offering a clean rest bed and listed facilities for short-duration use. It is not a hotel, hostel, hospital or long-stay accommodation service.
Each check-in is for one verified customer and one assigned bed. Service depends on location availability, operating conditions and house rules.
Eligibility and ID
Customers must be 18 years or older, provide a working mobile number and complete the required identity check before starting a rest session.
The name and identity details provided must belong to the customer using the bed. Nindo may refuse or end access when verification fails or information is false.
Check in and end rest
A session starts only after the customer taps Start Rest and the backend records the start timestamp. The timer runs continuously and cannot be paused.
A session ends when End Rest is confirmed and the backend records the end timestamp. The customer must vacate the bed and release the space immediately after ending rest.
If a customer forgets to end rest or does not release the bed, the session remains active and charges can continue until staff verifies release.
Price, GST and payment
The first 60 minutes are free while the launch offer is active. After that, ₹40 is charged for every started hour. For example: up to 60 minutes ₹0, 61–120 minutes ₹40, and 121–180 minutes ₹80.
Applicable GST is added separately and shown before payment. The final checkout total is the amount payable. The GST rate and GSTIN must be published before live payment approval.
Payment is collected after End Rest through the available online or on-site methods. A payment is complete only after Nindo receives verified confirmation.
Facilities and conduct
Use beds, washrooms, charging points and parking only as directed at that Nindo point. Facilities can vary by location.
Smoking, alcohol, illegal drugs, violence, harassment, unsafe conduct and damage to property are prohibited. One bed cannot be shared or transferred without staff approval.
Belongings, damage and interruption
Customers remain responsible for phones, wallets, vehicles and other belongings. Report loss, safety concerns or damage immediately.
Actual repair or replacement costs may be charged for deliberate or negligent damage. Nindo may suspend a location for cleaning, maintenance, safety, power failure, force majeure or other operational reasons.
