NINDO LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 September 2026

Data we collect

We collect the customer’s name, mobile number, identity-verification status and only the last four digits of Aadhaar in the customer profile. Do not submit card PINs, UPI PINs or OTPs to Nindo staff.

We record the Nindo location, bed code, start and end timestamps, alarm choice, calculated amount, payment status and payment/order identifiers for each session.

Why we use it

We use this information to verify customers, operate rest sessions, calculate bills, confirm payments, prevent misuse, provide support, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting duties.

Location information

Approximate device location may be used, with permission, to show nearby Nindo points. Customers can deny location access and choose an area manually.

A selected Nindo location is saved with the rest session. Live device location is not shared with other customers.

Payments and Razorpay

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Nindo does not store raw card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

Nindo stores limited order, payment, status, amount and timestamp information needed to confirm payment, issue support and maintain records.

Storage, retention and security

Access controls, encrypted connections and server-side verification are used to protect records. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Records are retained only as needed for service, safety, disputes, tax, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised under the final retention schedule.

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage is used to keep the customer signed in on their device and remember the Nindo profile. Any analytics or non-essential cookie use will be disclosed before it is enabled.

Your choices and contact

Customers may request access, correction or deletion where legally permitted. Some transaction or safety records may need to be retained.

For a privacy or grievance request, contact Nicky at +91 96316 30909. The official privacy email, legal entity and registered address must be added before going live.
